Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making it practical for travelers. Although there was a homeless encampment on the street in front of the hotel, the proximity to needed destinations and sporting events makes it a top choice for future visits to the Bay Area.
The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms, but there are some issues with bugs and the smell of smoke and ashes. The service is friendly and informative about airport shuttle options. The location is convenient for the airport, though it may be affected by the presence of homeless individuals.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though some were a bit small, were modern, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. However, the strong odor of air freshener to mask cigarette smoke wasn't pleasant, and parking was limited. The service, especially given our late arrival and complex transfers, was responsive and efficient. The location, while convenient for the airport and venues like the Oracle, felt unsafe overall, with warning signs posted. Dining was decent, but with limited breakfast options and early closing times. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for walking to the Coliseum and offered many food options nearby, but some aspects like safety and running out of items before 9 am were concerning. The rooms looked clean, but the lingering smell of cigarettes, especially with my children, was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for attending events, but the area had a bit of a rough vibe with homeless individuals around. The service was lacking, with some issues, but Mohamed tried to make up for it. The rooms were okay overall, although there was a foul odor at first. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and early closures.
